The patient’s adventure began with problems with her upper left lateral incisor. After the consultation, the tooth was qualified for extraction and, in the next stage, for implantation. After the healing time, the connective tissue transplant procedure was started.

Completed surgical and endodontic procedures started next stage: implant and prosthetic procedure. The entire work was performed using CAD/CAM technology, and the result is all-ceramic crowns in the upper arch and an all-ceramic crown on the ANKYLOS implant with an individually milled anodized connector in place of the upper left lateral incisor.

The patient came to us from Switzerland for a new and healthy smile.

The prosthetic reconstruction in the upper arch was based on all-ceramic crowns. Except for the upper right quadrant, in which the lateral missing teeth were restored on two Ankylos implants with anodized connectors. Lower section was restored with bonding method.
