PATIENT, 44 YEARS OLD
The patient came to us with persistent deciduous teeth in place of the upper thirds, which were qualified for immediate implantation. The rest of the teeth in the upper and lower arch were ground down for all-ceramic crowns. The entire work was digitally designed.
PATIENT, 53 YEARS OLD
The patient’s treatment plan focused on the restoration of the flanks in the anterior arch. The tooth loss occurred as a result of an accident. Until now, the patient had been using a partial removable denture, dreaming of a permanent restoration. Ankylos Premium System implants were planned and inserted in both lateral sections, with which we built two screw-retained all-ceramic bridges. The front section is an aesthetic restoration – bonding.
The treatment was carried out by dentist dr. Michał Makowski in cooperation with S&M Skrzelowscy
PATIENT, 54 YEARS OLD
The patient came to us wanting to restore her upper arch. We restored the wing deficiencies with bridges on implants from the Premium Ankylos System on individual anodised abutments. The anterior aesthetic section was reconstructed with all-ceramic crowns.
FIELD OF WORK: PREMIUM ANKYLOS SYSTEM, ZIRCONIA CROWNS ON IMPLANTS, INDIVIDUAL ANODISED ABUTMENTS
PATIENT, 28 YEARS OLD
The patient came to the practice to obtain a new full smile. Prior to the implant procedure, all remaining teeth in the patient’s jaw were extracted. Six Ankylos implants were placed sequentially in each of the maxilla and mandible. Zirconia bridges were made from d.17 to d.27 and from d.37 to d.47 using titanium abutments. The first photo shows the healing screws in place.
The treatment was carried out by Dr Robert Stencel, M.D. in cooperation with WieczorekLab.
PATIENT, 30 YEARS OLD
The patient came to the practice with a missing tooth d.21. In the first stage of treatment, tooth d.22 had to be extracted. The anterior segment (d.21 and 22) was restored with zirconia crowns on individual zirconia abutments, Ankylos implants and a zirconia bridge (d.13-11). The rest of the arch was restored with zirconia crowns. The next stage of treatment will be the restoration of the lower wing deficiencies.
