The patient’s aesthetic improvement of the upper arch began with a digital diagnosis, through which we pre-planned the scope of treatment and the target appearance of the work. PATIENT, 41 YEARS OLD
The patient came to our practice after a trauma that resulted in the loss of her front teeth and until now she had been wearing a partial denture to complete the front section. In the lower arch, we removed the surviving deciduous teeth d.31 and 41, polished the pillars and proceeded with a full diagnostic design of the new smile. New bridges in both arches four to four were digitally designed in CAD/CAM. The patient opted for a porcelain crown solution on a metal substructure.
