DENTAL EMERGENCY

 

As part of the Dental Emergency Service, you can come and see us every day. We are also on duty on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

Registration is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. by calling  32 241 01 77 lub 508 169 997.

REGULATIONS FOR ADMITTING A PATIENT AS A PART OF A DENTAL EMERGENCY ROOM 

  1. General Provisions

    1.1. These regulations define the rules for admitting patients to the dental emergency service.

    1.2. The dental emergency service operates to provide urgent dental care outside the working hours of standard dental offices.

    1.3. Patient admissions are conducted according to the schedule of the dental emergency service.

    1.4. As part of the dental emergency service, we perform procedures aimed at securing the patient until proper treatment or pain relief can be provided.

  2. Patient Registration and Waiting Time

    2.1. Patient registration takes place in person at the clinic.

    2.2. Patients lose their place in the queue if they leave the clinic.

    2.3. Depending on the day of the week, patients are admitted as follows:

    MONDAY-FRIDAY

    • In order of arrival,
    • The patient is seen by the first available dentist.

    SATURDAY, SUNDAY, HOLIDAYS

    • In order of arrival,
    • In urgent cases, the on-call doctor decides the order of patient admission.

    2.4. The waiting time for an appointment at the dental emergency service is unspecified due to:

    • The nature of providing urgent medical services and the variety of cases.
    • During the week: priority is given to scheduled patients, with procedures lasting from 30 minutes to 3 hours.
    • The duration of the visit depends on the complexity and type of the health issue.

  3. Fees

    3.1. Services provided by the dental emergency service are chargeable according to the price list in effect at the facility.

    3.2. Payment for services is collected after the treatment is completed.

    We encourage you to contact us by phone in advance to obtain the necessary information and preliminary consultation.

    Please note that the last patient is admitted at 9:30 PM.
